Member of the Paris Bar since 2002, Ingrid heads CHAPTER's business litigation and employment law practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ingrid is a graduate of the Catholic University of Lille and the University of Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master’s in Business Law and Master of Advanced Study in Business & Corporate Law).

EXPERTISE

Ingrid leverages her energy and experience to support founder-executives and investors in litigation related to M&A transactions or governance restructurings in times of crisis, during their growth phases through the negotiation of strategic contracts, in disposal transactions before the commercial court, as well as in handling financial difficulties and managing directors’ exposure to risk through preventive amicable proceedings (ad hoc mandate, conciliation, safeguard) or through restructuring and judicial liquidation proceedings.

Ingrid also brings her dual technical and procedural expertise in labor law to ensure the protection of her clients’ interests in the context of workforce restructurings or capital transactions, through the conduct of audits and the development of post-acquisition optimization strategies, as well as through tailored support to foster constructive social dialogue with employee representative bodies, and to ensure robust and relevant HR documentation on key topics (such as remote work/workflex, forfait-days schemes, employee savings plans, retention tools, and collective performance agreements).

She has also developed specific expertise in the adaptations required by the digital and collaborative economy, which is the subject of new types of litigation (reclassification of employment contracts, labor secondment, umbrella companies, undeclared work, etc.), leading her to publish regularly in specialized journals and to participate in various think tanks on digital issues.

Her clients are largely innovative players in the tech sector (collaborative platforms, digital marketing, AI, data, e-commerce), as well as in hospitality, mobility & transport, and health and wellness (ethical and responsible organic cosmetics).

Ingrid co-founded the CHAPTER firm (formerly PROFFIT CHANTRIER) with Julien Proffit, which is dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs and investors in high-stakes transactions and in their litigation strategy. Previously, Ingrid developed her practice at Gide Loyrette Nouel and the Cathely firm.

Ingrid is also a trainer with C.R.A Formation. (CHAPTER Avocats is Qualiopi certified – see the certificate)
